The connection with the sea and high-quality raw materials continues at Bistrô by Bela Vista, the hotel's most relaxed gastronomic space. Crowning the property, on the terrace overlooking the ocean, is an outdoor area — but duly protected from the southern heat, with plenty of shade — where the relaxed atmosphere of the pool, next door, and the long summer days prevails. The space is reminiscent of long summer days away from home and the service is rigorous, but with an approach that combines delight and time to savor every moment.
The freshness of the space is also materialized in its offer, which is untethered and explores various latitudes, and is available throughout the day. Chef João Oliveira is also responsible for the menu, which emphasizes the local product that we find, for example, in the Ostras de Alvor, with Green chili and coriander oil, in the Gyosas with shrimp and pink shrimp from the coast with XO sauce, or in the Crayfish and scallop carpaccio with champagne sauce and Oscietra caviar, some of the chef's signature starters; the Octopus Cataplana with sweet potatoes from Aljezur could not be more Algarvian, and the same applies to the Arroz caldoso with lobster, with fresh tomato, coriander peppers and brandy infusion — the local product and recipe are always protagonists.
With snacks and more composed dishes, Bistrô by Vista brings the hotel's certified gastronomic quality to the outside and benefits from the Algarve breeze, in a refined and protected environment. It is open to guests and external customers upon reservation, every day from 12:00 to 22:00.
